Get Smart

Monday June 16 me and Shantiel attended the red carpet premiere of Get Smart.

we knew it was coming up but we didnt have a ride.
so we forgot about it for about a week.
then sunday night i asked my mom if she could take us. she said she would think about it! then she said [monday morning] that she would only take us one way!!so we ditched the idea cause we couldnt find our second ride.
then my mom out of the goodness of her heart said if she found someone to tag along with her in hollywood she would take us. we just had to pay for gas. so the show was still on! then i was stressing about how we were gonna get in...we didnt have tickets. so i cha-chaed the production company and asked how i would aquire tickets. levy [the person selling the tickets] casually replied that they were $250..EACH! so i called shantiel up and between laughs asked her how we were gonna come up with $500. so the plan was a bust again... then we went on for about 10 minutes about whether it was worth it or not to just go and SEE the stars walk the red carpet.


we ended up going and went back and forth from the public will call table and line that wrapped around the block to the production will call table that wouldn't give us extra tickets.
we talked to about every security guard asking for tickets or tips on how to get them. they just kept sending us back and forth.
we finally got somewhere. we got on the carpet and were trying to talk to the guy in charge named Russ. but this crazy lady wouldn't let us talk to him. and when shantiel explained our sitch she turned us away. as we were walking away she said "we were full of bull."

so can you imagine her and our surprise when we were on the red carpet with FREE tickets in hand walking into the theatre. yeah we were at the end of the line of the public will call/"i have my ticket" line about to tell our sob story for the 100th time when they just handed us the tickets.
no questions asked!!!

so in we walked.after quick pause to photograph our success.

and whats thee best thing about premieres? no not meeting the stars...not the red carpet..FREE FOOD!! yummy popcorn and diet coke!! hahahahaha

so all in all our first of many premieres was a fun time! and i recommend you see Get smart. its the BOMB!

Quick Update

sorry i haven't been on for a while.
its complicated.
but i've still been working on my acting dreams!

modern dance class starting june 23!

hopefully ill be at the premiere of Wall-E this Saturday
i recently attended the red carpet premiere of Get Smart

oh and its gonna be my goal to always be colorful from now on. including my hair. yeah i got HANNAH MONTANA colored hair clips. should be fun.

well friday was prom.and after me and elizabeth finally gave in to peer pressure we looked awkward and danced. haha. basically it was the BEST prom of my life. and my first. hahaha you never forget your first.... oh snappp. but hey i got a purity ring so its alll goooddd

looking for an agent right now

i have my [short] resume printed up. just need a photo.dont reallly know where to go for that. but ill figure it out.

i currentywork at rubys and on may 21 it will have been a year. and sadly im loooking for another job! i really wanna work at Surfside. its this surf and skate clothing store in costa mesa. [im sure there are others but the one im applying to is up in thurr.]

im working on a book report right now. on CONFESSIONS OF AN UGLY STEPSISTER. by gregory maguire. not to be confused with GREGORY GARBOSKY. the bass player for the JONAS BROTHERS.
